• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic account information through Clerk, our authentication provider.
• X/Twitter Account: If you choose to connect your X (formerly Twitter) account, we access your X username to provide our services.
• Social Media Data: We fetch your X profile information (name, username, follower count, etc.) and the list of accounts you follow to generate your personalized feed.
• Tweet Content: We access tweets from accounts you follow to help you generate replies. This includes tweet text and any images attached to tweets.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account and provide secure access to our services
• Fetch your X profile data and following list to create your personalized tweet feed
• Generate AI-powered reply suggestions based on tweets you view
• Process images from tweets to provide context-aware reply suggestions
• Improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues

Third-Party Services We Use

To provide our services, we work with the following third-party providers:

• Clerk: Handles user authentication and stores your account information. Their privacy policy applies to how they handle your authentication data.
• X (Twitter) API: We use X's official API to fetch your profile information and public metrics. We only access data you've authorized us to access.
• Apify: We use Apify's services to fetch your following list and tweets from accounts you follow. Your X username is shared with Apify for this purpose.
• Google Gemini AI: When you request reply generation, we send tweet content and images to Google's Gemini AI to generate reply suggestions. This data is processed by Google according to their privacy policy.

Data Storage and Retention

We do not permanently store your tweets, following lists, or generated replies on our servers. Data is fetched on-demand when you use our service and is only kept in temporary memory during your session. Your authentication information is stored securely by Clerk according to their security standards.

Your Rights and Choices

• Disconnect Your X Account: You can disconnect your X account at any time through your account settings. This will stop us from accessing your X data.
• Delete Your Account: You can delete your EngageFast account at any time through Clerk's account management interface.
• Access Your Data: You can view what data we have access to through your account settings and X's privacy settings.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All API communications are encrypted, and we only request the minimum data necessary to provide our services. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
